KOF 98UMFE - Media keys not working

Hey there, Most of the time i play with no in-game music and i just play some of my own music on Windows and i've gotten pretty used to just hitting my media keys mid match to change track, adjust volume or pause, but for some reason they stop responding when the KOF98UMFE window has focus, I have to tab out of the game or bring up the music player (Tested with Media Player Classic and VLC) by clicking on taskbar for them to work temporarly (since they stop working after the KOF window regains focus) and right now KOF98UMFE is the only game that does this, I can use them just fine with any other game.

I hope it's something simple to fix

This is a common issue with media key drivers and games that use DirectInput, as KOF does.
