I just picked up the port of MS3 on the PS3 and I immediately noticed a sound issue with the port. It sounds like there's an entire sound channel missing and it's immediately noticeable on the character select screen, and in several stages.

This port would be perfect otherwise, but this really ruins it

I really hope CM patches it as their rollback updates on their other titles have been fantastic.

Any updates on this? I really hope it was just an oversight and code mystics is able to push a patch so that the missing sound channel is there.

Hi, we're afraid an update is unlikely. We don't have a say in such things as we are just the developer, not the owner or publisher, and it is unlikely SNK would approach us to update the game 9 years after release.
