Welcome to Code Mystics' support page. We take pride in our work and do welcome your feedback to help us make our products the best they can be.
Please note, however, that the nature of our work is to provide development services to assist our industry partners to bring their properties to you. This means that things such as features and even choices on when to issue an update to digital product are often beyond our control. This is especially true as products age and a publisher decides to discontinue support.
We do want to assure you that we note all feedback received. Where we are permitted to assist with or rectify an issue, we aim to do so promptly. Where we cannot, we do apologise and invite you to reach out to the game's publisher and owner, who may be able to assist you.
