Killer instinct definitive download

I downloaded KI definitive and when I open it all it dose is syncing to ultratech server checking downloadable content and syncing shadows. I cannot play the game. How do I fix this or what do I need to do.

Hi,

You'll need to contact Iron Galaxy or Microsoft about this. We didn't make the main KI game, only the bonus material and KI Classic. What you're describing doesn't sound like it involves either of those things.
