Phantom Dust refuses to boot...
Hi,
I am unable the launch the game since the release, the game just crash the second I try to launch it. Tried the sound setting fix it didn't work... I was hoping that the 1.1 patch fix this issue but sadly not... I'm upset now because I really want to play.
I attached my dxdiag maybe it can help you find the problem.
Thanks!!!

Re: Phantom Dust refuses to boot...
Due to a Store configuration issue, there were issues reported with installation early in release. We would suggest uninstalling the game and attempting to download it again.

Already tried that after the 1.1 patch was released, no luck with that either...

Still can't get the game to run... will the upcoming patch fix more of these problems?

It's possible but unlikely. We haven't received reports of launch problems outside the audio bug and/or download issues aside from yours, so there haven't been any specific changes to address them.zelgadisgray wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2017 6:43 pm Still can't get the game to run... will the upcoming patch fix more of these problems?
There was a problem that conceivably cause a crash if you didn't have Xbox Live access after an initially successful launch, but as you say you have never had a successful launch, it's unlikely to address your issue.

Well, first, please do check whether yesterday's update had any impact.zelgadisgray wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2017 6:16 pm ok... well that's annoying... what are my options here?

-2144927141 corresponds to error code 0x8027025b. A Google search suggests one person encountered this error (in another Windows Store app) as a result of anti-virus or firewall issues. Try disabling both temporarily to see if it has any impact. Other possibilities involve insufficient hard drive space or corrupt drivers (possibly a problem with video playback).

Re: Phantom Dust refuses to boot...
Tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall... no change
I have 250gb+ free space on this drive so it not this either...
I updated my nvidia driver to the latest... no change but can it be other driver?
I can run a bunch of stuff old and new with no problem, only Phantom Dust is causing problems
