Slowdowns in play - The Last Blade 2 (ps4)

Hello guys.
I bought the PS4 version for a few weeks.
Now I'm going to remember when I played at the coin-op version or when I played in the NEOGEO version cartridges.
The PS4 version known several times of frame drops (in offline mode, both playing in one or two players), these problems did not remember them.
To check I withdrew out neogeo with the game cartridge and frame drops I have not noticed them.
Only I have noticed this problem?

Can you identify, specifically, where these occur?

I noticed slowdowns when:
- In the clashes between the two characters, when the screen grows or shrinks (zoom-in or zoom-out) based on the location of the warriors.
- When the two warriors are trying to run backwards lying to opposite sides of the screen.

I noticed it in the clashes too.

It also happens on the final stage against the boss when the two lightning bolts animation strike the background
and when Keiichiro does his lightening slash projectiles on the burning stage.
