KOF98UMFE Minor graphical glitches

Post by Zwolf »

Obviously you guys have more pressing matters to attend to at this time, but I'd just like to point out some minor graphical glitches I came across when playing. They don't affect the core game in any way, so I'd imagine these'll be pretty low on the priority list, which is fine by me either way.

Title screen does not display logo (just a black screen)

Main menu's "Globe" animation has some weird flickering as it flies off screen.

I've also noticed some weird tiling 'gaps' on Wolfgang Krauser's cape sprite in his pre-fight introduction animation against certain characters (specifically against Geese Howard for me). However, I've currently been unable to reproduce it and screen cap it, but it occurred while the game was full screen at 1920x1080 resolution.

PC Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
AMD Phenom II X6 3.20GHz
4.00GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6800

That's all and good luck with the patching process.

A number of the graphical glitches were a Z-buffer sorting problem which we fixed in V1.01. Please have a look and let us know: http://steamcommunity.com/app/222420/di ... 792416671/

Just a couple more I've noticed in the game intro.

It looks like the sprites need to be brought down by a pixel, not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I think this has been around since 1.01?

Thanks for all your hard work, Code Mystics!
