KOF 97 GM character select time limit

Hi guys, was just wondering would it be possible to increase the time limit on character select screen? At the moment 20 seconds isn’t enough time for me to select a team.

Perhaps it could be increased to 60 seconds if feasible?

It's running the original AES ROM, which is where that time limit comes from.
