Atari Greatest Hits iOS 10.2

Hi guys;
I JUST got the app and paid for all 99 games. I compliment you on the emulation. I've tried Centipede so far, but there is an awful lot of stuttering that is throwing my game off. I'm on an iPad 4 running iOS 10.2. I've read other posts in this forum but the not one that seems to have a fix was the guy that updated 9.0 to 9.2 or whatever iOS. I am in transition moving between states so hooking this up to my PC is not going to provide a solution since it is in storage 1300 miles away. Please advise. This is very disappointing as this was to tide me over since my XBox with my copy of Atari Greatest Hits is also in storage 1300 miles away.
