Re: Killer Instinct Arcade 1up Connection issues. Same port as NBA Jam?
Through we can't provide meaningful support for specific third party hardware, this guide for Xbox could be adapted to the KI cabinet by substituting UDP port 19273 in the instructions. https://forums.att.com/conversations/att-fiber-equipment/the-definitive-guide-to-obtaining-open-nat-with-port-forw...

Re: NBA Jam rubber banding.
I’m curious if codemasters upped the rubber banding on NBA Jam and NBA jam TE on arcade 1ups? ( I have the countercade version) I can regularly win hangtime games by 30 or 40 pts. But Jam and TE? I have lost five in a row with full court three pointers. We're going to assume you mean Code Mystics. ...

Re: King of Fighters R-2 AI fix ?
SNK's mandate for us was to be as faithful to the originals as possible. As you might guess, that means it's highly unlikely they'd want changes to the experience.

Re: Killer Instinct Arcade 1up Connection issues. Same port as NBA Jam?
Port 1972 is for NBA Jam. Killer Instinct uses port 19273. But yes do try setting up port forwarding for the cabinet according to your router's instructions.

Re: SVC Cardfighters 2P VS mode only against same player?
Seems you can only play VS. against your own deck like a mirror match. Is this intended? The Nintendo eShop storepage says the two versions can battle against each other, either this isn't true or I don't know how its done. This is an error in the description. It is possible to trade between SNK an...

Re: About 98 UM rematch option
Unfortunately the roulette happened before Order Select, and rematch picks up after Level Select, which is after Order Select. In order to "re-roll the dice" it would have to resume prior to Order Select.

Re: NBA Jam connection issues
thanks for the reply. my wifi signal strength is full. i don't usually get low ping, when I play other games online. i just discovered that my port 1972 isn't actually open. apparently port forwarding doesn't work on the router/modem provided by my cable company - after some googling there are many...

Re: NBA Jam connection issues
I just got the NBA Jam cabinet, super excited about online play. I've set it up, opened the correct port and am trying to connect to people online but every game the connection is in the red or orange. I'm on 500mbps fibre, the cabinet is next to the router so the wifi should be very strong. (Altho...

Re: Improve Input Latency on A1U Killer Instinct?
Hi, Yes, through our work with SNK over years, we are acutely aware of the need to minimise input latency, especially in fighting games. We take pride in our work, and would never allow the emulator to waste 10 frames on anything. Certainly what you may understand about typical sources of input late...

Re: More about the penalty system
Yes. "Penalty" means loss plus potential ban time. (See also our answer to this same question from your Nov 17 post.) We've previously explained the reasoning behind Arcade1Up's specification: if you give people a way to avoid a penalty/loss, they will voluntarily pull the plug or drop the...
