The game might not be fully downloading as it turns out
I have tried to re install it twice and it won't make any progress and it sometimes won't download and will pre maturely finish

I have used another account and the Xbox app is up to date

I haven't tried with another connection though

I have the beta Xbox app installed along with the standard app so I'll check both

I haven't tried it disconnected so I'll try that

And no I'm not a dev

I have a feeling resetting windows might be the solution but we will see

I have disabled my firewall and re enabled it and it still happens
Edit: sorry I should have mentioned this earlier
But I'm using a preview build when I try to run this

Would re installing windows help?

It says teredo is unable to qualify And server connectivity is blocked Edit: managed to fix the connectivity prob that the Xbox app said was there by going through the teredo troubleshooter and it still says "retrieving you profile" Edit: teredo broke again so I think that's the problem Ed...

Windows 10 and I have rebooted tons of times
Sometimes the syncing data windows comes up and never makes progress

phantom dust keeps retrieving my profile and never goes to the main menu
data never syncs either
