How do we contacy support if purchases wont restore from v1?

I am a developer as well. I had access to lollipop a full 8 weeks before it was officially released, and the phone companies had it released to them at least 8 weeks before then to bundle their bloatware packages in their "update". I am a line developer...you are a company....you must have...

Its been **4** months since the lollipop update on my phone rendered your game useless. You guys are actually code mystics I see....you take the money and mystically disappear....

I notice you have not responded to anyone else's posts about this...do you even exists anymore?
