Is the game claiming there's a Player 2 Controller? Some controllers can show as two controllers (XInput and DirectInput) at the same time.

We are the developers, not the IP owners nor publishers. We have no authority with Nintendo to update the product, except at SNK's request as the publisher of record.

Any updates would be at SNK's discretion.

Summary: Microsoft Customer Support is mistaken. Their internal studios were responsible for the bundling of the entitlements which are currently malfunctioning. We only did the Special Features component.
